The Hawk Relaxes is an album by American jazz saxophonist Coleman Hawkins, released in 1961. It is a mood-driven jazz set with Hawkins's warm, full tenor tone and relaxed, standard-based arrangements, and it comes from his later period when he emphasised ballad playing and melodic reinterpretation.
