Missa Virgo Prudentissima is a mass by the Renaissance composer Heinrich Isaac, composed c. 1500. The work is a polyphonic Latin mass setting that exemplifies Isaac's use of balanced vocal polyphony and modal harmony within the Franco-Flemish tradition and sits within the late 15th–early 16th-century development of High Renaissance sacred music.
