Symphony No. 9 is the ninth symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, completed in 1896. Musically it is late-Romantic orchestral writing with expansive brass chorales and dense contrapuntal textures in very large-scale movements, and it was Bruckner's final symphony, left unfinished at his death and influential on later symphonists.
