Fairlight Instruments

Fairlight Instruments is an Australian company founded in 1975 by Peter Vogel and Kim Ryrie in Sydney. It is best known for the Fairlight CMI, one of the first digital sampling instruments, which became a defining sound of 1980s pop and electronic music.
