EML ElectroComp 400

Sequencer by Electronic Music Laboratories

Electronic Music Laboratories introduced the ElectroComp 400 as a sophisticated portable analog sequencer with a 12-tone diatonic design and digitally controlled voltage quantizer capable of variable steps per octave from 5 to 60. Approximately 300 units were manufactured, and its microtonal tuning capability was a notably advanced feature for the early 1970s.
