Napalm Death
Napalm Death are an English extreme metal band formed in Meriden, West Midlands, in 1981, emerging from punk and hardcore roots and becoming associated primarily with grindcore and death metal. Characterised by very fast tempos, blast-beat drumming, short song lengths and guttural vocals, their music has also incorporated elements of crust punk, noise and experimental metal, with lyrics that frequently address socio-political issues.
