Alexei Sultanov

Alexei Sultanov was an Uzbek-born classical pianist from Tashkent who began his career within the Soviet conservatory system in the late 20th century and established himself as an international solo recitalist and concerto performer. He specialised in Romantic repertoire with a virtuosic and expressive approach, combining technical precision with passionate interpretations, and his career helped bring Russian and Central Asian pianistic traditions to Western concert audiences.
