Miloslav Kabeláč

Miloslav Kabeláč was a Czech composer born in Prague who worked across the mid-20th century, producing orchestral, choral, chamber and organ music within the classical tradition. Over his career he moved from late-Romantic and neoclassical influences towards a modernist idiom marked by modal and serial techniques, expanded percussion and novel sonorities, and his compositions form part of the 20th-century Czechoslovak musical repertoire.
