Ernst Gutstein

Ernst Gutstein was an Austrian operatic baritone, born in Vienna, who began his professional career in the mid‑20th century and worked chiefly within the opera genre. His repertoire included Mozart and Richard Strauss roles as well as lyric and character parts, and he was active in German‑language opera houses and recordings in the post‑war period.
