University Musical Society

University Musical Society is a not-for-profit performing-arts presenter based at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, founded in 1880 to present classical and contemporary music, dance and theatre. Over its history it has broadened from an initial emphasis on choral and orchestral performances to a multidisciplinary programme that includes international touring artists, contemporary composers, dance and community engagement and educational activities.
