Jean‐François Dandrieu

Jean-François Dandrieu was a French Baroque composer and organist, born in Paris around 1682 and active in the early 18th century as a harpsichordist and church musician. His surviving output, which includes suites for harpsichord and organ pieces with liturgical associations, combines French ornamentation and contrapuntal technique and reflects the practices of the French keyboard tradition of his era.
