Ray Still

Ray Still was an American classical oboist who began his professional career in the mid-20th century and was primarily associated with orchestral and solo repertoire. His playing emphasised lyricism and phrasing, and he contributed to the oboe's presence in orchestral and solo literature through performance, teaching and recordings.
