Rudi Mahall
Rudi Mahall is a German jazz musician from Munich who began his career in the late 1980s and specialises in bass clarinet within jazz and free improvisation. His work blends composed structures and spontaneous improvisation, including reinterpretations of jazz standards and contemporary repertoire, and has played a role in expanding the bass clarinet's presence in European avant-garde jazz.
