James Taylor

James Taylor is an American singer-songwriter from Boston, Massachusetts, who began his recording career in the late 1960s and is associated with folk rock and soft rock. His work is characterised by intimate, acoustic-based songwriting and understated vocal delivery, evolving through country, pop and blues influences and becoming closely associated with the singer-songwriter movement and American popular music of the 1970s.
