Folkwang Kammerorchester Essen

Folkwang Kammerorchester Essen is a German chamber orchestra based in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, formed in association with the Folkwang University of the Arts and active within the classical and contemporary orchestral repertoire. It presents a programme ranging from Baroque and Classical works to contemporary compositions, regularly engaging in chamber-orchestra arrangements, collaborations with soloists and theatre productions, and contributing to the cultural life of the Ruhr region.
