Franz Reizenstein
Franz Reizenstein was a German-born British composer and pianist, born in Nuremberg in 1911, who emigrated to the United Kingdom in the 1930s and established a career composing concert works and teaching. His music blends late-Romantic and neo-classical elements with Baroque forms and mid-20th-century modernist influences, and his output of symphonies, concertos, chamber and choral works formed part of the British classical music scene in the mid-1900s.
