Bruce Russell

Bruce Russell is a New Zealand experimental musician and record-label founder who began his career in Dunedin in the mid-1980s, working in noise rock, improvised music and experimental guitar forms. His output ranges from lo-fi, drone and noise-based group work to solo and collaborative sound-art projects, alongside running independent labels and publishing ventures that helped document and circulate New Zealand's underground experimental scene.
