The Wannadies
The Wannadies are a Swedish alternative rock band formed in Skellefteå in the late 1980s. Their music blends jangly, guitar-driven indie pop and power pop with melodic hooks, and over the 1990s they transitioned from rougher indie recordings to cleaner, more pop-oriented arrangements within the Swedish alternative scene.
