Koby Israelite

Koby Israelite is an Israeli multi-instrumentalist and composer who began his career in the late 1990s and is associated with klezmer, Balkan, jazz, rock and world-music traditions. His work blends klezmer, Balkan and Middle Eastern motifs with punk, surf and avant-garde jazz influences, evolving from instrumental klezmer-fusion recordings to increasingly eclectic, rhythmically complex compositions that engage both world-music and experimental scenes.
