Penelope Thwaites

Penelope Thwaites is an Australian-born classical pianist and composer who established a performing and recording career in the United Kingdom from the late 20th century, specialising in solo and chamber piano repertoire. She has championed the music of Percy Grainger and other British and Australian composers through performances, recordings and writings, focusing on promoting overlooked piano works and historical repertoire.
