Neil Sedaka

Neil Sedaka is an American singer–songwriter and pianist from Brooklyn, New York, who began his career in the late 1950s performing pop and rock and roll and writing songs in the Brill Building tradition. His style blends piano-driven pop with elements of doo-wop and adult contemporary, and his career evolved from teen-oriented rock and roll into more mature songwriting and arranging that intersected with mid-20th-century American popular music.
