Alain Trudel

Alain Trudel is a Canadian conductor and trombonist from Montreal who began his professional career in the late 1980s, working across orchestral, chamber and solo contexts within the classical music tradition. He combines traditional repertoire with contemporary works, emphasises lyrical brass playing and collaborative programming, and has taken on leadership and educational roles with several Canadian orchestras while commissioning new compositions.
