Ensemble Contrechamps

Ensemble Contrechamps is a Swiss contemporary music ensemble based in Geneva, formed in the late 1970s and specialising in contemporary classical and chamber music. The group's activities include commissioning and presenting new works by living composers, performing repertoire ranging from experimental and electroacoustic pieces to chamber works, and engaging with Geneva's contemporary-music scene and international festival networks.
