Pixies
Pixies are an American alternative rock band formed in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1986, blending indie rock, noise pop and surf-punk influences. Their music is characterised by loud-quiet-loud dynamics, abrasive guitar textures, surreal lyrical imagery and abrupt song structures; they split in the early 1990s and reunited in the 2000s, and their approach influenced the development of 1990s alternative rock.

Pixies Reissue Classic Albums with Unreleased Tracks

The band celebrates its 40th anniversary by reissuing 1990’s Bossanova and 1991’s Trompe le Monde on September 11th, featuring limited-edition vinyl pressings and 7-inch singles with unreleased songs.
Pixies Announce Remastered B-Sides Vinyl Reissue
The remastered reissue of 'Complete B-Sides: 1988-97' will be released on June 26, 2024, featuring original tracks and bonus live recordings to celebrate the band's 40th anniversary.
