Roger Nierenberg

Roger Nierenberg is an American conductor and orchestral educator from New York who began his career in classical music leading symphony orchestras. He developed The Music Paradigm, applying orchestral rehearsal techniques to organisational leadership and education, and has combined traditional classical performance practice with workshops that translate musical collaboration into business and civic contexts.
