Claire Edwardes

Claire Edwardes is an Australian percussionist and artistic director based in Sydney who began her career in contemporary classical music and founded the new-music ensemble Ensemble Offspring. Her work focuses on contemporary percussion repertoire, commissioning and performing new works, exploring extended techniques and cross-genre collaborations while engaging in education and community programmes to promote contemporary music.
