Marek Kopelent

Marek Kopelent was a Czech composer of contemporary classical music whose career began in the 1950s and developed within the post-war European new music scene. His work moved through modernist and serial techniques into experimental and aleatoric approaches and formed part of the Czech avant-garde within the wider European contemporary music scene.
