Sō Percussion

Sō Percussion are an American percussion ensemble formed in 1999 and based in New York City, specialising in contemporary classical and experimental percussion music. Their work blends traditional percussion techniques with found objects, electronics and extended performance practices, and they have developed through collaborations, commissions and interdisciplinary projects that connect new music, improvisation and popular forms.
