Clem Cattini is an English drummer from Stoke Newington, London, who began his professional career in the late 1950s, performing in beat and rock groups and as a member of the instrumental group The Tornados before establishing himself as a prolific session musician. His playing combined a solid backbeat with adaptability across rock, pop and related styles, and his shift from live group work to extensive studio sessions contributed to the sound of British popular music from the 1960s onward.
