Jules Bastin

Jules Bastin was a Belgian operatic bass born in Verviers who began his professional career in the mid-1950s and worked primarily in the opera and classical music repertory. His repertoire ranged from Mozart and Rossini to French and German roles, and he regularly performed character and comprimario parts at major European opera houses while taking part in studio recordings and contemporary premieres.
