Rosemary Joshua is a Welsh operatic soprano from Tonypandy who trained at the Royal Academy of Music and began her professional career in the late 1980s, specialising in opera, early music and art song. Her repertoire spans Baroque and Classical-era roles, contemporary opera and Lieder, and she has combined historically informed performance practice with modern staging in an international operatic and recital career.
