Antonio Bertali was an Italian Baroque composer and violinist from Verona who moved to Vienna in the early 17th century and served at the imperial court. He composed operas, sacred music and instrumental works that reflect Italian Baroque practice and contributed to the repertoire and stylistic development of Viennese court music in the mid-17th century.
