Herb Robertson

Herb Robertson is an American trumpeter and composer who emerged on the New York experimental jazz scene in the late 1970s and is associated with avant-garde and free jazz. His musical style combines extended techniques, unconventional timbres and a balance of composed material and free improvisation, contributing to the development of experimental small-group jazz and improvisatory practices.
