Antonio Ruiz‐Pipó

Antonio Ruiz-Pipó was a Spanish composer and guitarist born in Granada in 1934 who began his career in the mid-20th century and worked mainly within the classical tradition. His output drew on Spanish folk and flamenco elements and includes numerous solo guitar pieces, chamber works and piano music that combine lyrical melodies with modern harmonic and rhythmic language, contributing to the 20th-century Spanish guitar repertoire.
