Den Danske Strygekvartet are a Danish string quartet formed in Denmark in the early 2000s, specialising in classical chamber music and performances of the string quartet repertoire. Known for blending traditional quartet literature with arrangements and influences from Scandinavian folk music, they also commission and premiere contemporary works and pursue cross-genre collaborations to extend their repertoire.
