Aloys Kontarsky

Aloys Kontarsky was a German pianist born in 1931 who began his professional career in the 1950s, specialising in contemporary classical and avant-garde music. He concentrated on demanding modern repertoire, including serial and electroacoustic works, and contributed to the dissemination of new music in postwar Germany and Europe through performances and premieres.
