LaSalle Quartet
The LaSalle Quartet was an American string quartet formed in New York in the mid-20th century, specialising in chamber music and contemporary classical repertoire. Closely associated with the Second Viennese School, they championed works by Schoenberg, Berg and Webern and commissioned contemporary composers, balancing modernist pieces with traditional quartet literature.
