Guillemette Laurens is a French mezzo-soprano who began her professional career in the late 1970s and is principally associated with Baroque and early music repertoire. She specialises in historically informed performance of early opera, sacred music and chamber works, and her performances and recordings have contributed to the revival and dissemination of Baroque vocal repertoire.
