Giorgio Federico Ghedini

Giorgio Federico Ghedini was an Italian composer and educator from Padua, born in 1892, who began his career in the early 20th century composing orchestral, chamber, choral and solo instrumental music. His work integrated neoclassical forms with echoes of medieval and Baroque music, and across his career he produced concertos, vocal cycles and arrangements that reflected an interest in historical idioms within 20th-century Italian musical life.
