BTS
BTS are a South Korean K-pop boy band formed in Seoul in 2013. Their music blends pop, hip hop and R&B with electronic and experimental elements, and their lyrical themes have addressed youth, mental health and social issues while their career evolved from hip-hop-centred beginnings to a wider, genre-crossing approach that contributed to the international spread of K-pop and the development of large-scale fan culture.
