Robert Miles

Robert Miles was a Swiss-born Italian electronic music producer and DJ who began his career in the early 1990s and became associated with the dream house and trance genres. His work combined piano-led melodies with electronic production, evolving from upbeat dream house singles into more downtempo, ambient and classical-influenced compositions, and played a role in bringing melodic, piano-driven electronic music into European club and mainstream contexts.
