West-Eastern Divan Orchestra is an international youth orchestra formed in 1999 to bring together Israeli, Palestinian and other Arab and international musicians and takes its name from Goethe's West–östlicher Divan. Specialising in classical symphonic and chamber repertoire alongside contemporary works, the ensemble combines performance with educational programmes and cross-cultural dialogue aimed at fostering musical collaboration across the Middle East and beyond.
