Kury are a Polish alternative/experimental band formed in Poznań in the early 1990s, emerging from the country’s post‑communist underground music scene. Their sound combines alternative rock, punk and jazz influences with experimental and satirical elements, evolving through the 1990s from live underground performances to recorded releases that reflected changes in Polish cultural life.
