Jason Mraz

Jason Mraz is an American singer-songwriter from Mechanicsville, Virginia, who began his career performing in the San Diego coffeehouse and folk scene in the late 1990s and works primarily within pop and acoustic folk traditions. His music blends pop, folk and rock with elements of jazz, reggae and R&B, evolving from stripped-back acoustic arrangements to fuller, groove-based productions, and his songwriting often explores themes of positivity, relationships and social engagement.
