Phil Kieran is a Northern Irish electronic music producer and DJ from Belfast who began releasing records and DJing in the late 1990s, working primarily within techno and electronic dance music. His output spans club-focused techno and electro productions, remixes and live DJ sets, and over time he has incorporated more melodic and experimental elements while remaining active in the electronic music scene.
