Marc Benno

Marc Benno is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Dallas, Texas, who began his career in the late 1960s and has worked across blues, rock, soul and funk. He was a member of a late-1960s/early-1970s duo and later worked extensively as a session musician and collaborator in the United States, with a guitar-driven style that blends blues-based phrasing, soul-inflected vocals and rhythmic elements drawn from funk, reflecting influences from both Texan and Southern Californian popular music scenes.
