Orchester des Reichssenders Stuttgart

Orchester des Reichssenders Stuttgart was a German radio orchestra formed in Stuttgart in the 1930s to provide live orchestral and light-music programming for the Reichssender Stuttgart broadcasting service. They performed a repertoire combining classical and popular orchestral works for broadcast as part of the state-run radio infrastructure during the 1930s and 1940s and were later reorganised in the post-war restructuring of German radio ensembles.
