Roland Dahinden is a Swiss trombonist and composer specialising in contemporary and experimental music, active from the 1990s and associated with contemporary classical and improvisational scenes. His work combines extended brass techniques, electroacoustic elements and live electronics, and has evolved from solo and ensemble performance into interdisciplinary projects that integrate sound projection, composition and improvisation within European contemporary music contexts.
