Clemencic Consort

Clemencic Consort is an Austrian early music ensemble formed in Vienna in 1969, specialising in medieval, Renaissance and early Baroque repertoire. Focusing on historically informed performance using period instruments and editorial research, the group has explored both liturgical and secular repertoires and staged reconstructions that place pre-18th-century music in its wider cultural and historical contexts.
