Chor der Hamburgischen Staatsoper is the resident choir of the Hamburg State Opera in Hamburg, Germany, formed as the company's choral ensemble to provide choral forces for its operatic and concert repertoire. Specialising in operatic, symphonic and sacred choral works from baroque to contemporary music, the choir appears in staged productions, concert performances and recordings and participates in the city's institutional musical life.
